How to play X-COM 2 earlier on Steam

X-COM 2, the sequel to the award-winning strategy game - XCOM: Enemy Unknown, will be available around the world for PC on February 5th, 2016. It is a turn-based tactical video game in development by Firaxis Games and published by 2K Games. If you are fans of X-COM and living in New Zealand, play earliest is a good news for you. Generally, North American players have to wait 17 hours than who are living in NewZealand. New Zealand will be the earliest country to activate X-COM 2. So connect to free New Zealand VPN can activate the game earlier.

How can we obtain a free NewZealand VPN

Players can choose to buy paid VPN service or use free VPN. It's difficult to find good free VPN. But if you don't use VPN very often, it's no need to buy VPN. So we use FlyVPN - the best NewZealand VPN provider. Its a paid VPN provider, but it provides users free VPN trials. Read steps below to get trial NewZealand VPN in windows.
  1. Download FlyVPN client from its official website. Run the client.
  2. Login with trial username and password. User name: vpnu. Get its latest password from https://www.flyvpn.com/freetrial.
  3. Then you will see NewZealand proxy server under Oceania tab. Click the server, then tap Connect button.
  4. Once connected successfully, lookup IP address to check whether you have gotten a NewZealand IP address.
  5. Now you can earlier unlock X-COM 2 from Steam.
